Estates Mechanical Officer – Maintenance & Compliance

Countess of Chester Hospital is inviting applications for a full-time Estates Management role, focused on delivering a planned, coordinated maintenance service across a complex estate. You will support the Trust’s objectives, manage mechanical engineering systems, and work with external contractors to keep facilities safe and well-maintained.

The post requires building services/mechanical trade background and a flexible approach to duties across the Estates Department.
