Outpatients Support Administrator (Bank – Flexible Shifts)

Spire Healthcare Group is seeking Bank Outpatients Advisors for our Patient Support Centre in Seaham. This zero-hours (bank) contract offers flexible, ad-hoc shifts to cover busy periods, annual leave, and sickness absence.

The role supports outpatient bookings, call handling, and diary management, operating Monday to Friday 8:00am–6:00pm with on-call shifts as needed. Ideal candidates will have excellent verbal communication, organisational skills, and experience in a hospital or healthcare
