Transport Operations Lead – Compliance & OTIF

Wellocks, part of the William Jackson Food Group, is seeking a Transport Supervisor to manage the Tewkesbury Depot operations. The role ensures drivers are de-briefed, paperwork is complete, and health and safety standards are met.

You will supervise route execution, monitor KPI dashboards, and ensure compliance with UK driving regulations and SOPs, including paperless deliveries and on-road supervision.
