Senior Management Accountant

Overview

In this role you will support growth by strengthening monthly reporting and commercial decision making. You will lead a small management accounting function across multiple sites, delivering insightful management accounts with commentary and robust financial analysis. You will partner with senior non-financial stakeholders to drive improvements and support planning. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape reporting processes in a high-growth environment.

Pay / Benefits

• 55,000-65,000 base salary
• 25 days leave + bank holidays

Responsibilities

• Manage 1 Management Accountant
• Develop cost centres for multiple sites
• Prepare management accounts with site-specific commentary
• Conduct variance analysis and financial analysis
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
• Partner with non-financial stakeholders including SLT and site managers
• Drive ongoing process improvement and development

Key requirements

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified with 3+ years PQE
• Strong interpersonal and business partnering skills
• Experience in multisite/revenue businesses or practice with multiple management accounts
• Intermediate to advanced Excel with a focus on process improvement
