ED Care Flow Navigator — Patient Registration & Flow

Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Care Flow Navigator in the Emergency Department (Band 2) for a 6-month fixed-term contract. Roles include patient registration, directing flow, and coordinating appointments across Doncaster sites.

Shifts cover 24/7 including days, evenings, nights and weekends. The post requires excellent customer care, keyboard speed, and ability to work under pressure.
