Senior Building Surveyor – Heritage & Rural Estates Lead

Strutt & Parker seeks an experienced Building Surveyor to lead and grow our rural estates building consultancy across Scotland. Senior role with emphasis on technical excellence, stakeholder management, and delivering heritage, agricultural, residential and commercial projects.

Requirements include MRICS or MCIOB and a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience; proficiency in Auto CAD and MS Office is preferred.
