Seasonal Customer Care Specialist (8-week FTC)

Greene King is hiring a Customer Relations Advisor on an 8-week FTC during the Christmas and New Year period. You will manage inquiries, complaints and feedback across phone, email, written correspondence and social channels, resolving issues end-to-end with a customer-first approach.

You will maintain records, protect confidential information and work with teammates to meet service targets, while developing knowledge and contributing to improvements in processes and the customer experience.
