Life Sciences Program Manager/Program Executive

Overview

Senior, executive-facing contributor leading complex Life Sciences customer engagements within Salesforce’s Global Life Sciences Acceleration Hub. You own end-to-end program delivery, including multi-workstream transformations and enterprise implementations, with P&L and executive-level communications. You act as a strategic advisor to customers, partners, and internal teams, driving AI-enabled transformations in drug commercialization and operational modernization. This role sits at the intersection of life sciences expertise, technology strategy, and program leadership to deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to scale services and expand trusted relationships

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI tooling and workflow automation to optimize program delivery and drive efficiency for project teams
• Define program strategy, governance, and management approach aligned with executive objectives
• Serve as primary executive-facing delivery contact, owning communications up to the CxO level
• Foster and elevate high-performing cross-functional Professional Services teams and improve service delivery across strategic accounts
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery with accountability for program financials, including budget governance and margins
• Drive adoption of AI and transformational capabilities by aligning IT strategy with measurable customer outcomes
• Proactively anticipate, mitigate, and manage project risks with strategic guidance to leadership
• Identify new opportunities and expand business relationships with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams

Key requirements

• 12+ years of professional services or consulting delivery experience with accountability for program execution, scope, financials, and risk management
• 5+ years of Life Sciences industry experience (pharma, biotech, medtech) with executive-level engagement experience
• 5+ years of experience leading large, cross-functional delivery teams and third-party integrators globally
• Proven track record leading large-scale programs ($10M+) with measurable business outcomes
• Experience managing program financials at engagement level (forecasting, revenue control, earned value)
• End-to-end knowledge of system development and implementation within regulated Life Sciences environments
• Experience using AI productivity tools, automation, or intelligent workflows in program delivery
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for budget, timelines, and outcomes discussions
• Ability to independently manage client engagements as an individual contributor
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
