Building Safety & Compliance Lead – High-Rise Homes

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Building Safety Manager to join our safety team and oversee a portfolio of high-rise residential buildings. You will maintain building safety cases, support duty holder responsibilities and ensure the safety management system is effective.

You will work with residents, regulators and internal teams, supporting Building Register processes and MOR reporting while ensuring Golden Thread information is clear and accessible.
