Verisure in Newcastle is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the local HR function, acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders across Head Office and frontline teams. This hybrid role requires four days in the office and a commercially minded approach to people strategy and employee relations.

You will steer talent development, recruitment support, wellbeing and performance initiatives, while coaching managers and ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
