Meraki Talent are partnering with an insurance company to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner focused on change, transformation and organisational development. The role is 12-month FTC and hybrid, working closely with senior leaders to deliver people-focussed initiatives during periods of change.
You will coach leaders, advise on restructures and workforce planning, and ensure employee engagement remains high throughout transformation programmes.
