Senior HR Advisor – ER & Change Specialist (6-Month FTC)

Public Sector in Basildon, Essex, is seeking a Senior HR Advisor on a 6-month FTC. You will provide a comprehensive HR advisory service across the organisation, supporting managers and employees in operational HR and Employee Relations matters.

This hands-on role involves managing ER casework, hearings and investigations, advising on employment law, TUPE transfers and organisational change, and delivering training to managers. NHS terms experience is desirable; immediate availability is required.
