Hospitality Talent Acquisition Lead, London

Thesleff Group in London is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment across our luxury hospitality brands. You will work closely with the Head of People and senior leaders to build talent pipelines, craft innovative sourcing strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

You will drive high-volume hiring, engage top talent, and manage interview processes, reporting, and recruitment campaigns while balancing speed, quality and cost.
