Lane7 is seeking a Sales Director to own the strategy and delivery of corporate and large-group sales across the UK. You will lead a high-performing team, coach for conversion, and drive proactive local and national sales activity beyond inbound demand.

You will oversee the Call Centre, optimize booking systems, and collaborate with Marketing to generate qualified enquiries while tracking funnel metrics and revenue across venues.
