Mando Group is seeking a Service Delivery Manager in Liverpool to join the Delivery Team within the Support service on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will manage the Service Desk, coordinate incidents, and work with clients and third parties to ensure timely resolutions.
The role requires strong client-facing skills, ITIL experience, and the ability to plan resources and report on service performance. Based in Liverpool City Centre with regular office presence.
