Rossi Security protects leading names in luxury retail, fine jewellery, private events and high-net-worth households, with officers chosen for their discretion and care.
The role
- lead and develop our HR Officer, and be a trusted presence for officers and managers
- own employee relations from start to finish, working with our external advisers on complex cases
- oversee TUPE transfers, including consultation, due diligence and client liaison
- own our HR policies and keep them current with legislation and ACS standards
- keep right-to-work, BS7858 vetting, SIA licensing and training consistently compliant
- work with Operations on hiring and onboarding, and build a culture of fairness and retention
- own monthly people reporting and advise the MD on people decisions
You’ll bring
- 5+ years’ HR experience, including leading employee relations casework
- Strong practical knowledge of UK employment law
- Excellent people skills and calm judgement under pressure
- Experience supporting a dispersed or shift-based workforce
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
- Ideally, a background in security, hospitality or luxury retail
