Solihull On‑Site HR Manager — HRIS & Compliance

CV (Christian Vision) is seeking an on-site HR Manager for our Solihull hub. You will lead HR services across locations, aligning with global standards and supporting the Head of HR.

You will manage onboarding, appraisals, probation and offboarding, ensure local employment law compliance, and coordinate payroll and reporting. This role requires a practising Christian aligned with CV’s faith and values, with multi-site experience.
