Facilities Maintenance Lead for Corporate Buildings

West Northamptonshire Council is seeking an enthusiastic maintenance officer to deliver a comprehensive programme of maintenance, repairs and building support services across its corporate properties.

You will carry out reactive, compliance and planned maintenance, including general repairs, inspections, decorating, plumbing and facilities maintenance, ensuring council buildings remain safe, warm and fit for purpose.
