Facilities Maintenance Generalist 1-Month FTC

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a hands-on facilities maintenance technician for a fixed-term contract in Exeter. The role covers general maintenance, statutory checks, and fabric maintenance within a facilities environment, with a 09:00 – 17:00 shift.

You will engage clients, provide practical solutions, and uphold safety standards while completing reactive and planned maintenance across office, commercial, distribution, and industrial premises.
