Head of Maintenance – Lead Care Home Upkeep & Grounds

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Head of Maintenance to oversee upkeep of a care home, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. You’ll manage a maintenance team, handle a range of tasks from plumbing to gardening, and support the General Manager with annual budget planning.

You’ll liaise with contractors, work independently, and apply at least one trade skill. A full UK driving licence and IT literacy, plus GCSEs in Maths and English, are required.
