Remote Property Administrator – Residential Management

Abbatt Group is seeking an organised Property Administrator to support the Development Manager with day-to-day management of residential properties. This role offers remote working and involves responding to resident enquiries, coordinating contractors and maintaining records.

You will liaise with residents and contractors, handle service charge administration, support health and safety compliance, and contribute to efficient property management while working independently.
