First-Line Electrical Software Support Engineer

Trimble Inc. is seeking a customer supporting team member within the MEP Application Support Team. You will handle first-line inquiries, resolve electrical design and calculation questions, and ensure timely, quality support for Prodesign, Protect, Singlecable and PowerNET.

You will collaborate with internal teams, document processes, and escalate where needed while maintaining strong time management and clear communication of complex electrical concepts to clients.
