Job Description:
Bridge2Future Care Group is recruiting a Residential Care Practitioner for a new specialist Children’s Home in Swadlincote. The role involves shifts from 9:30am to 11pm with occasional sleep-ins, and a £70 sleep-in supplement for the hours 11pm–7am.
You will support Young People with social and emotional needs, hold a Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Child Care (or be working towards it), and have a Full UK Driving Licence. 21+ and UK work authorisation are required.
