Property Services Estimator — Social Housing (Hybrid)

Skilled Careers is recruiting an Estimator for property services in North London. You will prepare competitive tenders for social housing projects, pricing maintenance and refurbishment works, and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

You will analyze scope, assess risk, and develop pricing that supports tender strategy, with a focus on NHF/SOR frameworks and long-term frameworks.
