Assistant Manager – Front-of-House & Guest Experience

Butcombe Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for one of our pubs or inns in the United Kingdom. You will support the General Manager, lead a front-of-house team and ensure exceptional guest experiences across every shift.

You’ll motivate, coach and develop team members, foster an inclusive culture, manage stock and rotas, and help deliver strong performance while maintaining the warm atmosphere our pubs are known for.
