HR Generalist: People, Performance & Inclusion

Circet UK is seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join our growing HR team in East Kilbride. You will provide day-to-day HR guidance, support managers with employee relations, and assist in performance management, training, and wellbeing initiatives, helping shape a positive workplace culture.

With 2+ years in HR and a CIPD level (desirable), you will analyse HR data, prepare reports, and collaborate on key projects to align with Circet UK’s strategic goals.
