Housing First Engagement Specialist

Shelter is seeking a Housing First Engagement Worker in South Tyneside to deliver intensive support to a small number of individuals with multiple disadvantages, helping them move from homelessness to sustaining a tenancy.

You will build links with partner organisations, work with people who have lived experience of homelessness, and apply a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach while writing person-centred support plans and detailed case notes.
