Founding Senior Engineer: Proactive AI Assistant (London)

Dex is seeking a Founding Senior Engineer to own and build a proactive AI assistant platform. You will oversee the desktop application, backend, and core algorithms, collaborating directly with AI researchers to turn research into shippable features.

You will lead architectural decisions for the entire stack in a small, high-calibre team, with a strong emphasis on building rather than integrating. London-based, in-person work required.
