Flexible SEND Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Support & Growth

Academics is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs in South Birmingham schools. The role covers day-to-day supply, short-term bookings and long-term placements, contributing to inclusive learning environments.

You will provide engaging 1-to-1 support, assist with communication and social development, and collaborate with the SENDCO and teachers to follow tailored learning plans. DBS enhanced is required.
