Action for Carers Surrey is seeking a Young Carers Activities Coordinator to plan and deliver a regular programme of evening youth clubs, weekend activities and school holiday sessions across Epsom & Esher, for young carers aged 12-16.
You will build trusted relationships with young people and their families, work with schools and community partners, and help identify hidden young carers who may benefit from support, while fostering resilience and future aspirations.
