Resident Activities Coordinator – Dementia Care & Engagement

Harbour Healthcare is recruiting an Activities Coordinator for Bright Meadows Care Home in Bolton. The role involves planning and coordinating engaging activities for residents, including trips and themed events, to enhance wellbeing and social interaction.

We seek someone with dementia care experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to motivate residents to participate. The role is 30 hours per week, with alternate weekends, based at the Bolton site.
