Learning Support Specialist – Drive Student Success & Inclusion

Ormiston Denes Academy is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to help students settle, overcome barriers to learning and achieve academically. This role works with students joining the academy mid-year, families, teachers and pastoral teams to close gaps and accelerate progress.

The successful candidate will be passionate about improving outcomes for young people, highly organised and able to identify learning barriers, delivering targeted support that boosts confidence and inclusion
