Senior Quantity Surveyor – Lead Commercial & NEC Contracts

VolkerStevin is recruiting a Managing Quantity Surveyor for a permanent role in London. You will lead commercial and contractual work across several projects while directing the commercial team, with visits to sites and flexible working arrangements.

The role starts with tender risk reviews and procurement planning, then delivers the first P&L forecast and ongoing cash-flow reporting. NEC contracts knowledge and strong leadership are essential.
