Global Operations Leader – DTC & B2B Logistics

REFY is seeking a Head of Operations on a 12-month maternity cover to oversee DTC and B2B order flow across sites, manage 3PL relationships in the UK, USA and EU, and drive efficiency across inbound and outbound logistics. The role is based in the UK with a brand-led fulfilment strategy and a focus on delivering world-class service.
