Designate Deputy Manager: Retail Leadership & Training

Halfords is seeking a Designate Deputy Manager to support local stores. You will lead in-store teams, motivate staff, ensure great customer service, and receive training for a permanent Deputy Manager role.

The role requires a year of managerial experience in retail, coaching abilities, strong communication, and a focus on health and safety standards. You’ll train staff in product fitting and bike setup while maintaining excellent store performance.
