Deputy Home Manager – Lead Care Team

Choice Care is seeking a Deputy Manager for its Fearnley House in Old Windsor. You will support the Home Manager in running a residential care home for adults with learning disabilities, coordinating staff, developing care plans and ensuring compliance with care standards.

The role requires supervisory experience in Adult Social Care, strong organisational skills and knowledge of relevant codes of practice and legislation. 48 hours per week with an hourly rate of £14.11.
