Healthcare Security Officer — 12‑Hour Shifts + Enhanced Pay

University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is seeking Healthcare Security Officers to join our Trust-wide security team. This role supports patients, staff and visitors with a high-profile security presence across Leicester Royal Infirmary, Leicester General Hospital, and Glenfield Hospital.

Officers will work 12-hour shifts on a 4-on/4-off rotation, with unsociable hour enhancements and comprehensive training provided. Prior security experience and a valid UK driving licence are desirable.
