Senior HR Manager – Employee Relations Lead (Mayfair)

Rossi Security in Mayfair, London is seeking an HR Manager to lead and shape the HR function, reporting directly to the MD and guiding officers and managers. You will drive people initiatives, support complex cases, and ensure compliant people practices across a dispersed workforce.

You will own employee relations, TUPE, policies, and compliance, with responsibility for onboarding and monthly people reporting to inform MD decisions.
