INTERCOM in Cornwall is seeking a full-time LGBT+ Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) and Recovery Worker to deliver trauma‑informed, LGBTQ+ affirming domestic abuse support across the county.

The role emphasises intersectional advocacy, high‑quality emotional and wellbeing support, and recovery‑focused care to help LGBTQ+ individuals affected by domestic violence rebuild safety, resilience and independence.
