Insurance & Customer Service Advisor (Hybrid)

Tokio Marine HCC is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor (Account Manager) based in Leicestershire. The role is permanent with hybrid working (2 days from home: Mon & Fri; Tue-Thu in the office). Training will be in the Grange, Grange Avenue, Rearsby, Leicester, LE7 4FY, with extensive onboarding support.

You will handle renewals and new applications via phone, chat and email, maintain product knowledge, and liaise with underwriters. Office-based initially during training.
