Senior Commercial Property Manager

Merrifields, based in Bury St Edmunds, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our busy team. You will manage a mixed portfolio, ensuring leases, service charges and compliance are handled proactively and professionally.

Ideal candidates will have strong client-facing skills, knowledge of Landlord-Tenant law, and IT proficiency with cloud-based systems. A property degree and RICS membership are preferred, with a full UK driving licence.
