Second Step, a leading mental health charity in the South-West, invites applications for a psychology-led role to design and implement PAT-informed staff support across NHS Mental Health, social care and voluntary sector services. You will lead learning programmes, champion trauma-informed principles, and collaborate with diverse teams to promote system change and resilience across Bath and North-East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire.
