Property Manager – Manage 100-unit Portfolio & Growth

Round Pegs Property Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a busy Southwark SE1-based role. You will manage a portfolio of 100 properties, handle tenancy documentation, liaise with tenants and landlords, and coordinate check-ins, inspections and renewals.

Strong communication and organisational skills are essential in this busy office environment. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm, with a salary of £35,000–£36,000 plus commission/OTE around £40,000–£45,000.
