Fraud Team Manager – Lead Fraud Specialists (Hybrid)

The Very Group is seeking a Fraud Team Lead within our Customer Care Operations across Bolton or Speke. You will lead a team of Fraud Specialists to deliver accurate outcomes for customers while maintaining regulatory compliance and high service standards.

In this role you will mentor and develop staff, drive change initiatives, monitor performance against objectives, and foster a customer-centric culture in a regulated environment.
