Graduate IT Support Engineer – 1st Line, Growth Path

Better Days Recruitment is looking for a 1st Line IT Desktop/Service Desk Support Engineer to join a busy team. Based in central Brighton, you will work 4 days a week in Brighton and 1 day in Crawley; from early 2027 the role moves to Brighton full-time.

You should be a Graduate with an IT-related degree or have completed a CompTIA, with at least 1 year of IT support experience. You will handle end users across multiple offices, log tickets, and escalate when required, while meeting SLAs.
