Support Worker: Training, Growth & Community Care

Potens’s Oakleigh in Dawlish is recruiting a Support Worker to assist adults with learning difficulties, mental health needs and autism in a residential setting. The role focuses on prompting and guiding daily activities with minimal personal care.

You will help with cooking, shopping, cleaning and laundry, and support residents to access the community, including day trips and outings. Full-time, 37 hours weekly, on-site work.
