Part-Time Residential Care Leader — Lead a Team

Hull City Council is recruiting a part-time Residential Care Leader (20 hours per week) for a learning disability service at 220 Preston Road, Hull. You will lead shifts, supervise staff and co-ordinate care plans to safeguard adults, while ensuring quality of care and compliance with CQC standards.

The role requires a Level 3 NVQ in health and social care or equivalent, a proactive approach, and flexibility for rota-based shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
