OSJCT Group’s Kings Court in Middlebeck, Newark, is seeking a Care Leader to head a small team of carers, delivering compassionate, person-centred care to residents. You’ll plan and implement care that supports security, dignity and independence, while ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
