Cosmetics Retail Key Holder & Team Coach

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth running of the store. You will lead by example, coaching the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to hit sales and service targets.
