E3 Recruitment is seeking a Production Manager with strong SolidWorks design experience to lead the design and manufacture of specialist fleet vehicle conversions. This hands-on role combines engineering design with workshop leadership to drive projects from concept through to production and installation.
You will personally design vehicle conversion solutions, create 3D models, develop 2D drawings, and maintain BOMs.
